The location is amazing and super close to the station, a ton of great restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and proficient in a ton of languages. There are a lot of amenities like a laundry and dryer, as well as a smoke room for smokers. And a whole lot more

Restaurants are also very good and came handy when we returned to the hotel in the evenings exhausted from walking in the city. The restaurant in the hotel has a limited menu. But the food was good. Bar is lovely. Onsen is great. Clean stylish quiet. Great location for visiting the Tokyo highlights. (Ginza, Asakusa, Tsukiji Market. Etc)Tokyo Station is easy to access. But I d say returning from a late night out say from Shinjuku or Shibuya might be a little bit of work on public transport or a costly cab ride. Other than that I wouldn’t choose any other hotel. We loved everything with it.

They also have a huge public bath which I really enjoyed, which kinda defeated the purpose of having a big bath tub in the room. You might want to consider booking a smaller room or a room without a tub (if available) if public baths are ok with you. The room is also huge for Japanese standards, so you can have a cozy time in the room. the reception area looks so nice and peaceful. there is a convenience store inside the hotel, which is .. convenient.
