The hotels location was ideal, offering multiple shops, restaurants and Christmas's market within walking distance. The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful. I would highly recommended The Londoner for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Location was perfect for our London destinations. Walked everywhere! Staff were particularly friendly from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough. Patricia was exceptional! This will be our future hotel for London activities. Bravo!

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. Great location and even greater service. We were celebrating my son’s graduation - the Savoy staff went over and beyond in making it special. There were congratulatory balloons & chocolates in the room and judging from the ‘congratulations’ from various staff members (from the front desk to room service), everyone seemed to have ‘gotten the memo’. It made our stay extra special. In particular, I’d like to mention Genci, the loveliest doorman, who always welcomed us so warmly, and Lea of the front desk who never failed to ask about our day.

Special note to the entire staff, Antonio and Connor, with whom I interacted most of my stay, who made this a fantastic journey! Despite the airline losing my luggage, they were always worried and attentive to help me.

If you're looking for amazing hotel totally like from English fairytale or Harry Potter- it is this one. Wonderful room, bars with rireplases.. it was such a pleasure.
