The room was very nice and was perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the nespresso machine in the room and the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. The heated garage and driveway were very nice as well.

She fixed even my phone connection in the car with andriod auto. It took her long time to fix it. I am truly greatful to Arden. Will come back and stay in this hotel again and again.

If you are traveling and plan to stay in Banff National Park, there are several "high end" Hotels / Resorts. The Rim Rock is one of them. It is near the Banff Gondola and Hot Springs and convenient to the Bus that runs every 20 minutes or so to the center of Banff. The Views are incredible and the amenities are super. Not the cheapest place, but one of the best. Highly recommended for that "special" trip ... great in Winter as well as Summer.

Grassi Lakes is a must visit when staying as it is only a 20 min drive with parking available.
