The kitchen had everything the we are looking for, especially the coffee maker, and the other utensils like the wine glasses, and other necessary things. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Irish who's there for us.

Bed is vozy & comfortable to sleep. Parking available at hotel premises which made our life easy .Definitely would visit again & and I will recommend family & friends too .Breakfast is super awesome & we enjoyed it. Check-in & check out process is so easy . One of the reception staff Ms.Karin who helped us in check in toooo good in her behaviour. So polite & humble. Appreciate her service level so much. It is near the Banff Gondola and Hot Springs and convenient to the Bus that runs every 20 minutes or so to the center of Banff. The Views are incredible and the amenities are super. Not the cheapest place, but one of the best. Highly recommended for that "special" trip ... great in Winter as well as Summer.

Grassi Lakes is a must visit when staying as it is only a 20 min drive with parking available. The barbecue corner in the garden is convenient, even if you share it with other residents. The location to Banff National Park and Canmore is great. Canmore is a beautiful place and very underrated.

The hotel is very ideal and favorable most esp for a family group. Everything in the cabin is clean and comfortable. Although location is not within Banff town center, but the peace and serenity of the place was exactly what we wanted for this trip. Besides, the town center is easily accessible by Roam Transit and wow, the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. So grateful too for the complimentary bus tickets. All Front Desk staff are very professional and mindful of their tasks. Their reception of us were outstanding and exceptional. Kudos! Tunnel Mountain Resort is surely a great place to stay and we will definitely come back. I really missed Cabin 131!
