Beautiful and charming hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. The service and convenient parking added to our experience. Exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is at an excellent location, with everything from restaurants and shops right there on a short walk. The hotel promised to be pet friendly and they were not only friendly but amazingly friendly! Fully recommended to travel with your pets as both the room and facilities in general are great. They had some goodies in the entrance to welcome the pets (treats, wet wipes, doggy bags) that were also great!
Mercure Canberra’s spacious rooms combine old world charm with modern comforts like WiFi. Centrally located, just a few minutes drive from the city center, Casino and the Canberra Convention Center.

The staff are the best. They just really look after you.
I liked how the room came heated!
Nice and toasty after a long day in Canberra.
The room is private and comes with shampoo, conditioner and soap.
The TV is a good size and the room even has plates and mugs that come with the coffee machine! The bed is also super comfy, I didn’t want to wake up hahaha.
The host also made sure if I needed anything and checked if everything was up to speed.
